DAO ESCROW CONTRACT

The SIMIAN DAO is not for Everyone. It is considered very Exclusive. Only Members who are Holders of both SIMIAN NODE and SIMIAN CULTURE NFT can gain approval into participating in the SIMIAN DAO. The SIMIAN DAO launches Immediately after the Minting Phase of the SIMIAN CULTURE NFT Genesis Collection. FUTURE PLANS Users interested in joining the SIMIAN DAO and participating in Node governance can deposit any amount of $Simian tokens into the DAO escrow from 2 days to 2 years.

Depositing coins is essential for governance functionality. It lets the network know which users have a right to vote. DAO members get voting power prorated to their deposit and valid for the duration that $SIMIAN tokens remain in the escrow contract.

Other user benefits based on the period and amount of $SIMIAN they submit include:

• A portion of $SIMIAN Node transaction fees

• A yield multiplier for liquidity vaults.

• Member discounts on $SIMIAN Node services (the PoS Portal and Liquid Staking).

At this time, We have future plans to store the SIMIAN DAO in a smart contract. As time passes, the sum held by the DAO will be invested into liquidity vaults or DeFi portfolios to facilitate more revenue streams for DAO and its members.
